Terms & Conditions

• Session Booking: Each form submission is for a one-time photography session, to be carried out at the time selected in the form. Prior booking is required, and no walk-ins will be accepted.

• Session Duration: The duration of each Raya Shoot session is 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the package purchased. Clients exceeding their designated duration are expected to purchase the following 30-minute slot, subject to availability.

• Participant Limit: The number of persons per Raya Shoot session is limited to 6, 12, or 16 individuals, depending on the package purchased.

• Photograph Delivery: All edited photographs will be delivered in digital format within 7- 14 days of the session.

• Promotion Period: The Raya Shoot is available for booking between 15 February to 15 March 2026, during the specified time slots. No negotiation of other time slots will be entertained.

• Discounts and Promotions: The Raya Shoot is not valid with other discounts or promotions.

• Refund Policy: This booking cannot be exchanged for cash. Any unutilised session will not be refunded.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booked Raya Shoot session to another time slot within the promotion period, subject to availability.

• Right to Deny Bookings: Dinamika Photo Studio and Visual Recollections reserve the right to deny any bookings that do not align with the Terms and Conditions.

• Liability: The photographer is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the session, either to the client or their property. Clients are responsible for the behavior of themselves and any individuals accompanying them during the session.

• Copyright: Dinamika Photo Studio owns the copyright to all images and videos taken and is free to use for publishing, advertising or any other purpose. Clients warrant that they are solely responsible that each person in the image or video consents to the use of Dinamika Photo Studio's photo as mentioned above and that they will indemnify or defend Dinamika Photo Studio or the photographer on site in case there is any dispute regarding this matter.

• Changes to Terms and Conditions: Dinamika Photo Studio and Visual Recollections reserve the right to add, amend, or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Clients who have made booking and payment shall adhere to the changes.
